Concept Art Infobox[]

While the Thor: Love and Thunder art depicted in the infobox on this page does appear to represent Cyttorak, it is concept art and thus not part of the final film. Given that Cyttorak has yet to physically appear in a fully released MCU product as of yet and has only been mentioned so far, I'm not sure that we should be using concept art that did not actually make it to a finished film as a representation of Cyttorak's appearance. That image should definitely be in a trivia section, but not in the infobox in my opinion. Logo8th (talk) 22:25, 11 January 2026 (UTC)

We have Affleck's Daredevil that is the same way. There were talks at that point about if that should be allowed, but that fizzled out. I think a general talk about if it should be allowed is definitely necessary, but at least as of now we allow it. - RaffMessage WallContributions 22:48, 11 January 2026 (UTC)
I forgot that we did the same for Affleck's Daredevil. This does feel a little different to me though, given that Cyttorak isn't even mentioned in Love and Thunder, while Affleck's Daredevil is at least mentioned in Deadpool and Wolverine, so the depiction of his character in concept art for that film wasn't simply to populate an image to give a representation of a finished scene. However, it's not a hill I'm dying on by any means, and I'd be alright with keeping the concept art as the infobox image if everyone else is all right with it for now. That is a good point though. I think it’s best to have a conversation about all of these in general and include cases of when they aren’t even mentioned. RaffMessage WallContributions 22:59, 11 January 2026 (UTC)
I think it's fine to use concept art if we don't have any other image to use, but if this is a formal discussion + vote you wish to initiate on the Treehouse, by all means. • MJLogan95Message WallContributions 07:54, 12 January 2026 (UTC)
