- Aida's Emancipation {{{sig}}}
As per the new naming policy, I'm thinking a new title for this could be something like... the Emancipation of Aida or the Incarnation of Aida (or Aida's Incarnation?). Incarnation here is used as a verb, which is what she was trying to accomplish, that is, to incarnate or exist in flesh rather than as a LMD. Just some ideas. — Zero-ELEC (talk) 07:13, 17 May 2022 (UTC)
- Please, stop randomly throwing ideas to see if something sticks. Either make an actual considered proposal, or don't...--Shabook (talk) 00:02, 18 May 2022 (UTC)
- ... What? I only made two (three, I guess, if you want to get technical — I can make it four by suggesting Aida's Emancipation if you find that wording more pleasing) proposals for this page and nothing else. It's not like I'm going around all the articles affected by the new policy and throwing random stuff at the wall. My initial post was based on me seeing the comment that was left on Talk:Quentin Beck's Campaign, which also was simply a text post highlighting multiple possible names. What else is needed for a considered proposal other than "Hey I think it could be A or B, sound off if you agree or think it should be something else"? Both(-ish, might be three or four) names I proposed were properly considered as being unique and descriptive names for Aida's plan, in-keeping with the new policy. If these names I proposed were in some way not acceptable, I apologize. — Zero-ELEC (talk) 02:48, 18 May 2022 (UTC)
- I apologize for the previous bureaucrat's prickly behavior and hope it does not deter you from participating in future Rename proposals. •

Why was the Rename template removed from the page? Other pages with obsolete names that are having similar discussions in their talk pages have that template. I assumed that's what was missing from this proposal to be a "considered" proposal. — Zero-ELEC (talk) 04:02, 26 May 2022 (UTC)
- You can't even agree with yourself on what to rename the article to...--Shabook (talk) 21:29, 27 May 2022 (UTC)
Mkay then. I formally propose naming the page "Aida's Incarnation", in the sense of the word meaning "the act of incarnating". It is ultimately what Aida's whole plan and all the steps behind it worked towards having it come to fruition. It is unique to the event, and descriptive about what it was about. — Zero-ELEC (talk) 22:06, 6 July 2022 (UTC)
- I think I prefer the Emancipation idea since it can simulataneously refer to her Uprising as well as her Incarnation into flesh. Criszz (talk) 08:35, 23 January 2023 (UTC)
- Yea, Aida's Emancipation is very fitting in my opinion as her mindset was that she was kind of imprisoned in her own body and she wanted to be free. - Raff • Message Wall • Contributions 21:25, 14 July 2023 (UTC)
- I also agree with Aida's Emancipation, since it indicates her goal was the freedom to choose. While under Radcliffe's command, she struggled with her inability to freely choose between two conflicting parameters in her programming. When Daisy asked in the Framework what Aida's overall goal is, Aida responded, "What everyone else has... a choice." When Aida had her emotional breakdown in front of Fitz, she again brought up how she "worked [her]self to the bone to have a choice." Her incarnation into flesh was a means to her endgoal of freedom. - Yes, Aida's Emancipation is spot-on in my opinion. It sums up both her goal in the Framework and in the real world well. - GarrettPlayzRBLX | Message Wall • Contributions 23:29, 11 January 2024 (UTC)
- I agree. - Raff • Message Wall • Contributions 02:50, 7 August 2024 (UTC)
