Infiltration into the Needle Base[]
Steve Rogers, Sam Wilson, and Natasha Romanoff flew to Parkhar, Tajikistan in order to location the Needle, who had been buying Chitauri weapons. They discovered the Needle's underground base by drawing out the organization's forces. While Rogers and Wilson fought the soldiers, Romanoff discretely entered the base and discovered a large bomb built from Chitauri technology and a plane from which to drop it. Romanoff froze the bomb using one of the Needle's weapons, allowing Rogers to shatter it with one punch before the team left.[1]
