Stockwell was a New York City Police Department officer who participated in a defense against Abomination in Harlem.

Biography

Stockwell and Hayes were patrolling Harlem alleys when they heard the sound of roaring from Abomination. After watching as a soldier codenamed Delta 4 attempted to shoot at Abomination, the two officers were told to drive a Humvee carrying Delta 4 and Sterling as they continuously tracked Abomination.

Once Abomination had been located, Stockwell and Hayes watched as Delta 4 and Sterling attempted to shoot Abomination with a Stark Industries Rocket Launcher. However, they soon watched as the rocket was caught by Abomination before the monster ran towards them, took a taxi, and threw it at the group, killing them.
