Behind the Scenes[]
- What If...? writers A.C. Bradley and Matthew Chauncey originally considered to write a political episode featuring Steve Rogers as President and inspired by Aaron Sorkin's The West Wing. However, Bradley and Chauncey dropped the idea early on for being a "super-talky" episode without a lot of action.[3]
