Captain Steven Grant "Steve" Rogers, also known as Captain America, was a super soldier of the United States Army and the leader of the Avengers.
Biography[]
Discovering Arnim Zola[]
- "Arnim Zola was a HYDRA scientist who infiltrated S.H.I.E.L.D. in its infancy. Before he died in ’72, he uploaded his brain to a series of data banks. The one Rogers and I found at Camp Lehigh was destroyed."

Together with Natasha Romanoff, Steve Rogers discovered that HYDRA never died and infiltrated S.H.I.E.L.D. to emerge back from within. Rogers and Romanoff arrived at Camp Lehigh where they found Arnim Zola, whose consciousness was recorded on the databanks after his death. However, the databanks were destroyed in the explosion, and Rogers and Romanoff barely survived.[2]
Rise of Ultron[]
In 2015, alongside the other Avengers, Rogers confronted Ultron, a peacekeeping artificial intelligence program created by Tony Stark, which deemed a life itself a threat to world peace and attempted to destroy humanity. While Black Widow and Hawkeye took the Quinjet to take out the satellite network, Rogers led Stark, Thor, and Hulk to the NEXUS Internet Hub in Norway to stop Ultron from accessing the world's nuclear codes. However, when they arrived, Ultron had obtained his Vibranium synthezoid body and swiftly used this power to kill Rogers, as well as the others.[2]
