"It's a fabricator. It can analyze, design, construct basically anything."
Peter Parker to Norman Osborn[src]

The Stark Industries Fabricator was a machine manufactured by Stark Industries to fabricate powerful items, uniforms and weaponry.

History[]

Making a New Suit[]

In 2024, Peter Parker, who upon learning of Mysterio's deception, arrived in the Netherlands and found that his Stealth Suit had been taken. He contacted Happy Hogan, who promptly picked him up inside the Stark Industries Private Jet. Hogan unlocked the Fabricator on board the jet for him to use. As they flew to London, Parker quickly synthesized an upgraded suit before departing. Later, the Jet was hit by one of the drones sent by Mysterio, destroying the Fabricator inside.[1]

Helping Multiversal Visitors[]

Another Fabricator was stored inside Happy Hogan's condominium. That summer, Peter Parker and his aunt were invited to stay at the condominium. As Parker tried to clean his suit, he found the Fabricator inside an old case. However, Parker's aunt mistook it for a tanning bed that Hogan broke.[2] Parker would go on to use the fabricator to recreate his Iron Spider Armor, which had been seized by the United States Department of Damage Control.[3]

In November, Parker and his aunt brought Norman Osborn, Otto Octavius, Max Dillon, and Flint Marko, universe-displaced people who had arrived due to a tear in the Multiverse and have their own Spider-Man, to the condominium. After informing Octavius that he was the first to get cured, Parker headed for the back room to bring out the Fabricator as he showed Osborn, Dillon and his aunt. While Parker demonstrated the capabilities of the Fabricator, Dillon immediately took notice at the Arc Reactor that was powering the machine.

Norman & Peter

With Osborn's help, Parker found out the source of Octavius' problem as they use the Fabricator to engineer a replacement of the latter's chip on the back of his neck, due to the original one being fried and was under the control of his tentacles. After Parker and Osborn finished making the new chip, Spider-Man installed it to Octavius' neck to restore him to normal, which worked.

Fabricator Cures

Octavius decided to help Parker and Osborn in making the rest of the cures as he was shown the Fabricator. Through their teamwork, the three made an energy siphon to extract the surplus electricity from Dillon's body with the Fabricator. Also, they made antidotes for Marko and Curt Connors with the Fabricator. In addition, the three of them were in the process of making an anti-serum for Osborn, as the latter was working on creating it. However, before it could be administered, Osborn's Green Goblin persona overtook control of his body.

Parker's aunt was able to grab Osborn's unfinished anti-serum and Connors' cure from the Fabricator along with Marko's cure on the table in the back room. Convinced by Green Goblin to keep his powers, Dillon removed the siphon before it could be finished, while also ripping the Arc Reactor from the Fabricator for himself, as it became damaged. While Green Goblin combated Parker, his aunt salvaged Dillon's siphon. What was left of the Fabricator would be destroyed by Green Goblin's Pumpkin Bombs.[2]

Capabilities[]

The Stark Industries Fabricator is top of the line Stark Industries technology, with the design capabilities to build or assemble almost anything if given a design.[2]
