The Staff of Ammit is a powerful staff imbued with the power of Ammit that is used to judge people on their past, present, and future.

Arthur Harrow judges people in the Alps
Arthur Harrow began using the Staff of Ammit in the Alps of Austria to judge the morality of villagers. Those who the staff determined unworthy were then killed by Harrow. The staff was kept inside of Harrow's penthouse in one of the Austrian villages.
The staff was used to judge a man at one of Harrow's ceremonies. He placed the staff within the mans house, and Harrow's tattoo deemed the man a good person. Then afterwards, he judged an old woman, who the staff determined to be evil. The elderly woman was then killed.[1]

The staff's owner Arthur Harrow traveled to London in order to follow Steven Grant who was in possession of the Scarab of Ammit. He visited Grant in the National Art Gallery, where Harrow used the staff to judge Grant. The staff's judgement confused Harrow, who then that Grant had chaos inside of him.[1]

Having been brought to the Disciples of Ammit's London Base, Steven Grant met with Arthur Harrow. When Harrow asked for the location of the Scarab of Ammit and Grant refused to give it to him, Harrow threatened him with the Staff of Ammit. Layla El-Faouly then walked in, and showed Harrow that she had the Scarab of Ammit. When Grant and El-Faouly fled, Harrow used the Staff of Ammit to summon a jackal to chase him down.[2]
Destroying Senfu's Sarcophagus[]

Having tracked Marc Spector and Layla El-Faouly to Anton Mogart's Estate, Arthur Harrow met with Anton Mogart to discuss Senfu's Sarcophagus. Harrow showed Mogart the Staff of Ammit as proof that what was thought to be a myth was actually real. To demonstrate the staff's power, Harrow used the Staff of Ammit to destroy Senfu's Sarcophagus.[3]
Final Battle with Moon Knight[]
Moon Knight and Arthur Harrow fight on the Great Pyramid of Giza

Having freed Ammit, Arthur Harrow was bestowed to be her Avatar. Harrow then climbed up the Great Pyramid of Giza and conducted a ritual spell to grant the Disciples of Ammit the ability to judge and drain the life force from people. Harrow then noticed Moon Knight coming and began to fight him. Scarlet Scarab then joined the fight but Harrow proved to be more powerful and almost kill Moon Knight. As Moon Knight blacked out, his third alter Jake Lockley took control and defeated Harrow. As Spector regained control he noticed the Staff of Ammit was broken, resulting in it's destruction. Spector and El-Faouly then took the staff along with Harrow's body to the pyramid to imprison Ammit in Harrow's body.[4]
Capabilities[]
- Judgement: The Staff of Ammit has the ability to judge the morality of those it comes in contact with. It is embeded with the power of Ammit, which is what gives the staff the capability to judge people.
- Summoning: The Staff of Ammit is capable of summoning Jackals whenever the wielder pleases. Arthur Harrow used the staff to summon a Jackal and to send it after Steven Grant. Later, when Grant refused to submit to Ammit and give up the Scarab of Ammit, Harrow wielded the staff's summoning ability again to send a jackal after Grant.
- Transformation: The Staff of Ammit is capable of transforming into a battle axe for melee purposes.
- Energy Projection: The staff can fire purple energy blasts from its head. These blasts can quickly destroy a sarcophagus as well as hold back Moon Knight. When slammed into the ground, it can release a pulse of energy capable of blowing back a bunch of opponents.
- Power Bestowal: When Harrow was on the pyramid, he conducted a ritual spell to unleash Ammit's full power and grant the Disciples of Ammit the ability to judge and drain the life force out of people.
