Doreen Allene Green is a woman with the power to communicate with Squirrels, and is a superhero under the alias Squirrel Girl. As a member of the New Warriors, she became an enemy of Ernest Vigman.

Biography

Doreen Green discovered that she had to power to communicate with Squirrels. Due to this she met her pet squirrel: Tippy-Toe, who she took with her everywhere.

At some point she joined the New Warriors and started using the alias "'Squirrel Girl". She started living and working together with Mister Immortal, Night Thrasher, Speedball, Microbe and Debrii, eventually coming into conflict with municipal authorities and Ernest Vigman. At some point, Brother Nature was a situational ally.

Personality

A totally empowering fan girl. She was tough, optimistic and a natural leader. Green is confident and her most important trait is that she has faith in people and teaches them to believe in themselves.

• In the comics, Squirrel Girl also served as a member of both the main Avengers team and its counterpart, the Great Lakes Avengers. Her powers proved surprisingly effective, even against some of the universe's most powerful villains, including Thanos and Galactus.
