- "Hey, relax. I'm just your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man."
- ―Spider-Man to Bruce Banner[src]
Peter Benjamin Parker is a crime-fighter from New York City with spider-like abilities known as Spider-Man. In the aftermath of the Zombie Apocalypse, he joined a group of survivors to try and find a solution to the Quantum Virus outbreak.
Biography[]
Zombie Apocalypse[]
Learning to Survive[]
In 2017, Parker was asked by Tony Stark to join the Avengers but turned him down. In 2018, a virus called the Quantum Virus spread across the United States of America, infecting the majority of the Avengers and Parker's Aunt May. Parker survived the virus and met up with the other surviving allies of the Avengers. After setting up a base high above ground using his webs, he created a video that explained how to survive a zombie apocalypse. In the video, Parker showcased Happy Hogan, Kurt Goreshter, Bucky Barnes and Sharon Carter. He explained how to best protect oneself against a zombie attack.
Later, Parker and Hope van Dyne rescued Bruce Banner and brought him to their base. Parker then showed Banner his video, but was interrupted by Okoye's arrival. Okoye told them that they had received a message from what appeared to be a survivor's camp. Carter identified the location to be Camp Lehigh, New Jersey, and the group decided to travel there.[2]
Traveling to Camp Lehigh[]
- "Hang in there, Peter. They're almost here."
"Okay, get ready to disengage the brake on my mark." - ―Bruce Banner and Spider-Man[src]
Hogan drove the group in a shrunken blue van to the Grand Central Terminal so they could use one of the trains to get to Camp Lehigh. Upon arriving, a zombie appeared before them, but Happy Hogan made the van enlarged, killing the zombie.
Inside, Okoye suggested that they split up, but Parker protested, saying that in horror movies, splitting up is a bad idea. Parker, along with Hope van Dyne, Kurt Goreshter, and Bruce Banner went to the train and tried to start it. After the other three were unsuccessful, Parker used his webs to pull the train to get it started.
As he was pulling the train, Parker learned that Hogan had been killed, much to his dismay. Shortly, zombies appeared behind him much to his horror, but he was saved by the Cloak of Levitation. As soon as the others got onto the train and it started moving, Parker was thrown backwards onto the track, but the Cloak again saved him. It wrapped itself around him and flew him into the train to safety.
Parker, now wearing the Cloak, walked throughout the train to gather with the others. When he found them, van Dyne told him that the Cloak looked good on him and that he would eventually fit into it. Okoye apologized to him due to Hogan's loss, admitting that they shouldn't have split up. Minutes later, after hearing commotion, Parker, Okoye, Banner, and the Cloak ran to the back of the train to find Bucky Barnes and van Dyne, who had become infected after killing Sharon Carter.[2]
Sacrifice of Hope van Dyne[]
Hope van Dyne took a seat, and Parker and the others gathered around her. Van Dyne asked Parker how he remained so positive and hopeful during the crisis, and Parker explained that even though he had lost his parents, his Uncle Ben, Tony Stark, and Happy Hogan, he still found ways to remain positive throughout it all. He told her it was the only way to keep going on in life. With the train arriving outside of Camp Lehigh, van Dyne, encouraged by Parker's words, told them that she would sacrifice herself to get them across safely.
In giant form, van Dyne carried Parker and the others past the zombie horde and set them down safely on the other side of the barbed wire fence. She then called out to Parker to smile for her before falling over backwards and succumbing to the virus. Parker and the others noticed that the horde wasn't scaling the fence and walked away towards the base. When they arrived outside of it, Parker tapped Goreshter, who became startled and became defensive, before seeing that it was only Parker. Parker then became startled and jumped after he was tapped by Vision, who greeted them and led them inside the base.[2]
Learning the Truth[]
- "According to these security logs, we're not the first to respond to Vision's signal."
"More survivors! Well, then where are they?" - ―Bruce Banner and Spider-Man[src]
Inside Camp Lehigh, Vision told Parker and the others that he had experimented using the Mind Stone to find a cure, and when he was asked if he had been successful, they heard Scott Lang's voice. Vision turned around a chair to reveal Lang's head in a glass enclosure with a life support system attached.
Once Bucky Barnes left to find them transport, Bruce Banner looked through Vision's databases and found out that they weren't the first survivors to arrive there, much to Parker's surprise. Vision then told Banner that he wished they hadn't come there, to which Parker and Banner confronted Vision about what he was talking about. They were interrupted when Barnes returned with an injured T'Challa. Vision then revealed that he had been luring survivors there in order to keep his zombified love, Wanda Maximoff, alive.
Okoye threatened to kill Maximoff since Vision could not bring himself to do it, which caused an enraged Maximoff to break into the room. She killed Kurt Goreshter and engaged in a fight against Barnes. Parker joined in, using his webs to tie Maximoff up, and Okoye threw her spear at Maximoff, although Maximoff was able to break free from the webs in a burst of red telekinetic energy. Vision used the Mind Stone to blow a whole in the ceiling, and Parker and the others made their way out of the base. However, Maximoff captured Okoye, infecting her, and Vision sunk the base, temporarily distracting Maximoff from them.[2]
Escaping Camp Lehigh[]
- "I don't think I can lose another friend today."
"So... avenge us." - ―Spider-Man and Bruce Banner[src]
Vision told them about a Quadjet in the hangar and after Bucky Barnes told them to keep going without him, Parker came to T'Challa's aid. He then helped him walk over to the hangar and into the Quadjet.
Once Parker and T'Challa were in the Quadjet, they were joined by Scott Lang and the Cloak of Levitation. They then watched as Vision took the Mind Stone out of his head, deactivating himself, and Maximoff freeing herself from the debris, before coming over to his body. Banner recovered the Mind Stone and went to the Quadjet, handing it over to Parker. Parker told him to come with them, but Banner told him to avenge them, before leaving them, turning into the Hulk and fighting Wanda Maximoff. After they had flown into the air, they were stopped by a zombified Hope van Dyne. She grabbed the Quadjet, but T'Challa applied the thrusters, freeing them from her.
As they traveled away, Parker, who was tired from their recent journey, fell asleep. The next morning, Parker woke up and had a heartfelt conversation with T'Challa about losing people. Parker then reflected on how they were humanity's last hope and looked at the Stone, as they arrived in Wakanda.[2]
Personality[]
Although young and a bit immature, Spider-Man is a well-meaning person who goes out of his way to help others, even if it means putting his own life on the line. He acts as a morality booster for him and his allies, believing that they should be hopeful for the better to come rather than giving up. Parker is quite smart, as he knew that using his webs to slingshot the train would help it start moving. He also thought it would be wise if the group did not split up in the Grand Central Terminal. In the end he was right, as Happy Hogan was captured and turned into a zombie by Hawkeye. Parker greatly cares for his friends and becomes sad when he begins losing his allies to the Zombie plague.

Equipment[]
Weapons[]
- Web-Shooters: A pair of wrist-mounted mechanical device that Parker created and used to project synthetic webbing. Parker invented the first pair while Stark created a new and improved pair to go along with his new suit. Though, this new pair supplied by Stark merely involved technological improvements and a few new features while the overall mechanics and webbing itself Stark did not attempt to replace.
- Synthetic Webbing: Created by Parker himself, the web-like organic chemical substance is meant to emulate the silk created by the common spider, while its composition and tensile strength are substantial enough to greatly impress Tony Stark himself. This synthetic spider silk is used by Parker to help swing around New York City, bind and tie up enemies, steal weapons, and make other useful applications.
Other Equipment[]
- Spider-Man Suit: Parker originally wore a handmade suit while operating on the streets of New York City. Nothing more than a red hoodie, blue sweats, and a pair of goggles, this suit was created with the intention to help Parker to conceal his identity and keep his superhuman senses in check. Parker would later use an upgraded and much more refined suit designed by Tony Stark to better focus his superhuman senses. The new suit also included moving eyepieces that resemble camera shutters to filter out stimuli while in use.
- Mind Stone: Vision, after killing himself by removing the Mind Stone on his own, gave the stone to Bruce Banner, before he himself gave the stone to Parker, while trying to buy the group some time and distract the incoming zombies.
- So You Wanna Survive the Zombie Apocalypse: Parker, along with Kurt Goreshter, Happy Hogan, Bucky Barnes, and Sharon Carter created an instructional video on how to survive the zombie apocalypse.
Former Equipment[]
- Cloak of Levitation: The Cloak of Levitation briefly attaches itself to Parker before moving to Scott Lang as he does not have his body anymore.
