Spencer, Jr. is the son of Cheryll and "Spencer."
Spencer, Jr. was born to Cheryll and "Spencer," who was his namesake. However, Spencer soon died, leaving Cheryll to raise him on in her own. Later, they found out that "Spencer" could not die and faked his death.[1]
