Robert "Robbie" Baldwin is a member of the New Warriors with the ability to manipulate kinetic energy as the superhero Speedball. While on the team, he became an enemy of Ernest Vigman.
Biography[]
In his youth, Baldwin would watch Quinjets take off from Avengers Tower. At some point, he discovered he had the ability to manipulate kinetic energy in the environment, though it was largely ineffectual, as he had little control over this power.[1]
After joining the New Warriors, he came into conflict with municipal authorities and Ernest Vigman.[2]

- Kinetic Energy Manipulation: Baldwin can manipulate kinetic energy within his environment, enabling him to form energy balls which he can use as projectiles. Despite this, he has limited control of his powers.[1]
