Soh-Larr is a Kree scout who was captured by Skrulls in an attempt to lure Starforce to Torfa and kidnap Vers.
Biography
Captured by Skrulls
During the Kree-Skrull War, Soh-Larr was tasked by Supreme Intelligence to provide intelligence for the Kree Empire. However, at one of his missions, Soh-Larr was captured by the Skrulls. Talos impersonated Soh-Larr and sent a distress call to the Kree Empire, forcing Supreme Intelligence to send Starforce and Accusers on Torfa to rescue Soh-Larr, without knowing about Skrulls' ambush.[1]

- In the comics, Soh-Larr was a Kree warrior who fell in love with a Skrull named Ryga'a. They ran away from the war and had a child Dorrek Supreme. Upon their deaths, Dorrek took their deceased souls and merged them to create the Excelsior.
