Staff Sergeant Smith was a non-commissioned officer of the United States Marine Corps.
Biography[]
Staff Sergeant Smith was one of two guards residing over Carl Creel's cell after his detainment in Potomac Plaza. They checked on him and thought he had escaped when really Creel had absorbed the properties of his glass cell. Smith was attacked and killed by Creel when they went inside.[1]
