Sloan Limited was established by Wilson Fisk as a shell company for the money laundering operations of the Tracksuit Mafia, with Kazi Kazimierczak listed as one of the employees. When their operation was on the brink of being exposed, Fisk had Eleanor Bishop alter the company data through her Bishop Security clearance, listing Jack Duquesne as the CEO of Sloan Limited, so he would take the fall for the company. Bishop later submitted the information to the New York City Police Department, which resulted in Duquesne's arrest, however, he had his charges dropped soon after his family bailed him out.[1]
