Skrullos was the former homeworld of the Skrulls. It was destroyed by the Kree during the Kree-Skrull War.

Ruled by the Skrull Council, the planet's native inhabitants were known as Skrulls. However, Skrullos was eventually destroyed by the Kree after the Skrulls refused to submit to the rule of the Kree Empire, killing millions of Skrulls and forcing the remaining survivors to hide among general populations of other planets with their shapeshifting abilities.[1][2]
