Skrull Cuffs are a form of heavy restraint developed by the Skrulls to trap the hands of imprisoned individuals and to dampen the effectiveness of any powers generated from the individuals' hands.

Escape from the Skrulls' Ship[]
During a surprise ambush on the Starforce by Skrulls on the planet Torfa, Vers located who she believed to be Soh-Larr, a Kree spy. However, Soh-Larr revealed himself to be Talos and abducted Vers, taking her aboard the Skrulls' Earth-bound vessel. On board the vessel, the unconscious Vers had her hands placed in a pair of Skrull Cuffs before being connected to a Fracking Pod as Talos and the Skrulls skimmed through her life as Carol Danvers, hoping to find information on Mar-Vell, the true identity of the woman Danvers once knew as Dr. Wendy Lawson.
Vers was eventually able to wake up from the Fracking Pod, finding herself bound upside-down. She pretended to still be unconscious as she listened to the Skrulls. While they were distracted, Vers used her abilities to destroy the Fracking Pod and escape, although her hands were still bound in the Skrull Cuffs, preventing her from properly utilizing her powers. Vers was forced to fight the Skrulls with her hands still trapped in the cuffs until she became overwhelmed by their numbers. The heat from her powers eventually managed to overheat the cuffs and destroyed them, although the power blast also caused the ship's wall to break, causing everything in the room to be sucked out. Vers held onto the ship and equipped her helmet so she could breathe before launching herself out of the destroyed room into a hallway, where she continued to try and escape.[1]
