Agent Sinclair is a member of the Homeland Security who participated the tactical operation in order to take down the Greek Mob.
Biography[]
Together with Bowers, Sinclair was tasked by Sam Stein to participate in the Homeland Security tactical operation. Their task was to follow the Greek Mob's weaponry truck without direct interference. During the operation, audio communication was suddenly hacked and the truck was attacked by Frank Castle. Sinclair and Bowers followed the truck until it stopped at the pier. However, Castle was ready and threatened them with the flamethrower, forcing Sinclair and Bowers to jump into the water so they did not pursue him.[1]
