Simon was a fictional character appearing in a comic book read by Gary Hendricks.
Biography[]
In a fictional world, Simon was tasked by Sargaent Michael Duffy to help him steal a high tech suit. This was staged so Captain America could train. Duffy, wearing a mask, and Simon sneaked onto a military base and found the Electro Suit. Simon put it on just as Captain America arrived. The Captain punched Simon in the face. Simon responded by saying he should not have pulled that punch. Simon then knocked Rogers out with an electrical shock.
When Captain America came to, he was tied up, but managed to break free. Simon threatened Rogers, saying he was going to kill him. Simon and Rogers exchanged blows until Rogers managed to throw his shield into the door, locking them in. Duffy then revealed himself, telling Captain America that he did a good job. However, Simon just wanted to get out of his suit.[1]
