Lady Sif is a fearsome Asgardian warrior and a childhood friend of Thor and the Warriors Three.

Party[]
Party on Alpha Star[]
Sif grew up with Thor who was very immature and childish. Thor liked to throw parties and on one occasion, threw one on Alpha Star Icarus. This party grew so big that it destroyed the planet. Although Thor brushed it off, saying it was only a meteor anyways.[1]
Thor's Proposal[]
With Odin in Odinsleep and Frigga away, Thor proposed for them to have a party. The Warriors Three cautioned him against it, but eventually gave in. Thor assured them they would go to Midgard as Heimdall did not care about that place. They arrived in Las Vegas as Thor announced the party.
The group partied into the next day where Sif fell asleep in a hotel room. Sif also welcomed the arrival of Loki and his Frost Giants. Soon, Thor was punched by Captain Marvel, who came to stop the party. This worked as Thor ran back claiming that Frigga was coming, so they had to clean up. As Frigga arrived, everyone posed like they were taking a class, with Thor teaching.[1]

- Asgardian Physiology: As an Asgardian, Sif possesses all of the various superhuman attributes common among her people, including superhuman strength, durability, speed, agility, stamina, reflexes, healing, and is extremely long-lived.
- Superhuman Strength: Like all Asgardians, Sif possesses great superhuman strength, numerous times stronger than any normal human being.
- Superhuman Durability: Sif's body is numerous times more resistant to physical and energy damage than any normal human being.
- Superhuman Speed: Sif can run and move at great superhuman speed, much faster than any normal human being.
- Superhuman Agility: Sif naturally possesses far greater agility, equilibrium, flexibility, dexterity, balance, and body coordination than any normal human being.
- Superhuman Stamina: Sif's advanced musculature produced considerably fewer fatigue toxins during physical activity than any normal human being. Her endurance allows her to exercise her maximum capacity for an extremely long period of time without tiring at all.
- Superhuman Reflexes: Sif can react and dodge objects traveling at high speeds, much quicker than any normal human being.
- Regenerative Healing Factor: Despite her body's resistance, Sif can still be injured like any other Asgardian. However, her metabolism enables her to rapidly regenerate damaged bodily tissue with far greater speed and efficiency than any normal human being.
- Longevity: Sif, like all other Asgardians, is not truly immortal. It is possible to kill an Asgardian and other beings in the Nine Realms. More accurately, Asgardians are extremely long-lived beings, Sif ages at a pace far slower than any normal human being, being able to live for thousands of years. Even though she is more than a thousand years old, Sif still looks like a young woman by Earth standards.

- Master Combatant: Sif is an extremely skilled and formidable hand-to-hand combatant, having received extensive training in unarmed combat and swordsmanship as well as having centuries of combat experience, which enabled her to become one of Asgard's foremost and finest warriors.
