The Siege Turret was a weapon used by the Vulcan Sector of the Enclave to fight Hulk.
The Enclave's Vulcan Sector developed the siege turret as a weapon to fight Hulk. Three were deployed across New York City, and Hulk destroyed one. The United States Army came across the Enclave, prompting the secret group to start fighting the Army using the siege turrets. The Enclave used siege turrets to defend their Lightning Satellite, but Hulk destroyed them as well as the satellite.[1]
