Jennifer Susan Walters, Esq. is an attorney at Goodman, Lieber, Kurtzberg & Holliway who became irradiated with gamma radiation, resulting in her becoming an uncontrollable monster known as She-Hulk. Pursued by online trolls, Walters became frustrated and attacked a gala, resulting in her getting arrested.

Walters goes on a date
Jennifer Walters grew up as Bruce Banner's cousin, and became a lawyer. She represented Emil Blonsky, a former enemy of her cousin, in court. She attempted to go on a date with Todd Phelps, and the two toasted together. However, Walters struggled to balance her career and her personal life. She also worked with gamma radiation, particularly the Gamma Ray Projector.
Walters in the immediate aftermath of her car crash
While driving with Banner, the car that he and Walters were in was flipped off the side of the road. Crawling out, both Walters and Banner were cut, and part of Banner's blood dripping into Walters' exposing her to the same gamma radiation to which he was exposed. This altered her body chemistry and granted her the ability to turn into a rage-driven monster known as She-Hulk.[1]

Walters transforms into She-Hulk
Trying to live her life, Walters needed to take the tire off of her car. She struggled to do it, causing her to roar and growl as she transformed into She-Hulk. She tipped the car over and roared again.
Walters deals with a troll
Returning to work, she saw that HULKKING had left a comment called She-Hulk stupid. Walters got angry and responded that HULKKING was stupid. While with Banner, Walters noted that people would not like her when she was angry.[1]

Walters attended the Southern California Law Awards Gala, in which she was provoked into a rampage and transformed into She-Hulk. This led to a large explosion as She-Hulk knocked over tables and roared. Walters was arrested as public opinion turned against She-Hulk, only allowing her to be seen as an angry spirit.[1]

- Artificially Enhanced Physiology: Walters body chemistry was altered by Gamma Radiation entering her blood stream.
- Transformation: When Walters becomes angry, she transforms into a large green monster known as She-Hulk. This transformation involves her eyes glowing green as she starts acting more animalistic. She grows taller and develops bigger muscles.
- Superhuman Strength: As She-Hulk, Walters was easily able to flip a car over, as well as multiple tables.
- Superhuman Stamina: Flipping a car over did not tire She-Hulk, as she continued to roar and be a rampaging monster.
- Transformation: When Walters becomes angry, she transforms into a large green monster known as She-Hulk. This transformation involves her eyes glowing green as she starts acting more animalistic. She grows taller and develops bigger muscles.

- Master Lawyer: Although Walters struggled to balance work and her personal life, she was a highly skilled lawyer who was able to defend Emil Blonsky in court during his parole hearing. She was respected enough in her field to get invited to the Southern California Law Awards Gala.
