Used by Deke Shaw
ShawDrive was designed by Deke Shaw's company, using the technology of the Phase Harmonic Teleportation Device stolen by Shaw. The company tested the device on mice, however, most of them did not survive.
The prototype of ShawDrive was brought to the Lighthouse where Shaw offered Leo Fitz and Jemma Simmons to use it to save Alphonso Mackenzie and Yo-Yo Rodriguez. Although Fitz confronted Shaw, stating that he stole the technology from S.H.I.E.L.D., Shaw reminded him that S.H.I.E.L.D. stole it from Remorath. Simmons convinced Fitz that they can use the ShawDrive to teleport the agent inside the Temple of the Forgotten and save their friends, what Fitz accepted.
Shaw informed Fitz and Simmons that the ShawDrive is still a prototype, so they joined forces to fix remained issues. They managed to fix the device, although the targeting system was not tested, as well as the charging system. Despite Fitz and Simmons' protests, Shaw used the device himself and successfully teleported himself at the temple.
Shaw rescued Mackenzie, Rodriguez, and Flint from Izel and went to distract the Shrike-possessed men. As his friends escaped, Shaw attempted to teleport himself back to the Lighthouse, however, the ShawDrive did not charge enough for another teleportation. Shaw kept escaping from the hostiles and eventually teleported himself out of the temple. Shaw left the device behind and hid from the Shrike at the Quinjet.
Much like the Phase Harmonic Teleportation Device, ShawDrive allows its user to teleport himself at the chosen location, however, unlike the original device, ShawDrive is wearable and more mobile. Although it was highly unstable, Deke Shaw was able to teleport himself from the Lighthouse to Yucatán, although the charging system did not allow him to teleport back.
