The Seventh Circle Prison is a prison located in Russia. Dreykov incarcerated Alexei Shostakov there following a betrayal.

Red Guardian's Prison[]
Alexei Shostakov was sent to prison when Dreykov became annoyed by Shostakov's rudeness. In 2016, Shostakov told stories about how he fought Captain America in the early 1980s while simultaneously arm-wrestling people and receiving a tattoo. When Ursa Major challenged Shostakov, saying that Captain America would still have been on the ice at that time, Shostakov broke the man's wrist and laughed at him.[1]
Escape from the Seventh Circle Prison[]
Alexei Shostakov received a mail call and went to get it and saw that someone had sent him a doll of himself. Shostakov played with the doll until the head popped off, revealing an earpiece. Shostakov put it in and heard Natasha Romanoff's voice instruct him to move toward the south wall. Shostakov saw the gate open but decided to take revenge against the guards who laughed at him and pulled one through a glass panel and another against a metal pole.
Shostakov continued following Romanoff's instructions as the gates opened for him, and he began running as emergency lights turned on, and another prisoner shouted about his escape attempt. He began fighting the riot guards who approached him and used one of their shields to break a gate closed. Shostakov kicked down the exterior door and saw the Romanoff and Yelena Belova had a plane flying above the prison.
Romanoff told Shostakov to go to an upper level of the yard, and Shostakov began running, dodging flares and bullets. Shostakov jumped to the upper level but got tased by a guard and fell to the ground. Romanoff then jumped out of the helicopter and joined the fight, engaging the guards. Other guards began firing at the helicopter, forcing Belova to evade the bullets, nearly cutting Romanoff with the blades. Belova began to leave when a guard started shooting at her, so Belova fired a rocket at the guard, blowing up part of the prison.
The explosion caused an avalanche, which led to the prisoners cowering as Shostakov jumped into action, climbing fences and jumping off of riot shields. Prisoners and guards began rushing back into the prison while Romanoff yelled at Belova to get them out. Romanoff grabbed onto a rope dangling from the helicopter while Shostakov continued making his way to the top level. Several guards ran inside, as the avalanche began to consume the prison. Romanoff grabbed Shostakov and Belova maneuvered the helicopter away as the prison became completely engulfed by the avalanche.[1]
