The Secret Greek Hydra Camp is a Hydra facility located somewhere in Greece.
In the midst of the Attack on Hydra Facilities, Red Skull hid out in a secret Hydra camp located in Greece. While at the camp, Red Skull yelled at his troop leaders for their inability to stop Captain America.[1]
