A homeless man who was walking through an alleyway found the Scarab in the middle of the ground. Arthur Harrow found the man holding the Scarab and politely asked him for it. He handed Harrow the Scarab. Then, Harrow used the powers bestowed to him by the Staff of Ammit to kill the man, sincerely saying that he wished that he was there to see the world they created. Harrow then walked away, finally receiving the Scarab. Layla El-Faouly watched the exchange from down the alleyway on her motorcycle.[2]
