The Sacrifice Nova Corpsman was an agent of the Nova Corps who was captured and killed by Ronan the Accuser.

The Sacrifice Nova Corpsman was an operative of the Nova Corps who was captured by Ronan the Accuser, a vengeful Kree, disgusted by the armistice signed by the Kree Empire and Nova Empire, who harbored revenge against the Xandarians. Held captive, the incarcerated, wounded corpsman was brought before Ronan, who was dressed into his traditional Kree armor by a group of Exolon Monks. The corpsman claimed that Ronan had violated the treaty by capturing him, only for Ronan to claim that the Xandarian culture is a disease. Shortly later, the corpsman claimed that Ronan would never rule Xandar, only for Ronan to correct his statement, followed by his assertion that he would "cure" it, before proceeding to execute the soldier with his Universal Weapon.[1]
