During the Atlas Academy open house, one of the students made an announcement about an upcoming academy event in Sacramento.[1]
Harold Simcoe lived in Sacramento along with his family. He worked there until was infected by a Shrike. Under the manipulation of the Shrike, Simcoe abandoned his job and family and went to Reno, Nevada, where he was killed by Sarge.[2]
