Following the Battle of Wakanda, Vision's body was acquired by S.W.O.R.D. and taken to the headquarters as a part of Project Cataract. About three weeks after the Blip, Wanda Maximoff arrived at the headquarters and demanded Vision's body to be given to her, so Tyler Hayward showed her Vision's body being dismantled for research. Maximoff asked Hayward to take Vision for funeral, however he refused, claiming that Maximoff could try to resurrect Vision. Maximoff used her powers to break the glass into the laboratory, while Hayward ordered agents to not attack her. Maximoff solemnly said her goodbye to Vision, discovering that she could no longer feel him, and left the facility. Later, Hayward had the video footage edited making it appear that Maximoff stormed the facility and stole Vision's body.
Monica Rambeau's Return
Resurrected by the Blip, Monica Rambeau returned to the headquarters where she found out that Tyler Hayward became the Acting Director of S.W.O.R.D. in the wake of death of her mother. Hayward informed Rambeau that her mother devised guidelines on how to handle the personnel vanished in the Snap, and ordered that Rambeau would not participate in extraterrestrial missions. Since Rambeau was grounded at S.W.O.R.D., Hayward ordered her to assist the FBI in the investigation of the Westview Anomaly.
