History[]
Hank Pym was working in the S.H.I.E.L.D. Research & Development Laboratory when Davis entered his lab, needing to talk to him. However, Howard Stark burst in, interrupting their conversation. Pym dismissed Davis, who left the room while Stark asked Pym to use his powered suit for a mission in Berlin. Pym demanded that should the suit be used, he would have to be the one who used it, and Peggy Carter accepted the deal. Carter took Pym to a gun range on the base and attempted to train Pym on using a gun, but Pym demonstrated his abilities in the suit, and Carter determine he wouldn't need it, so he was sent to Berlin.[1]
