History[]
Clint Barton trained at the S.H.I.E.L.D. archery range, worried about being powerful enough to maintain his position in the Avengers. He asked J.A.R.V.I.S. to stop talking into his earpiece so that he could practice, and J.A.R.V.I.S. obliged until Barton had finished shooting three arrows. J.A.R.V.I.S. then informed Barton of a mission for the Avengers that had come from Natasha Romanoff, so Barton left to join the team.[1]
