Rukhsana (Urdu: رخسانہ) is a friend of Muneeba Khan who resides in Karachi, Pakistan.

Rukhsana was a friend of Muneeba until she met Yusuf Khan and moved to United States of America. In 2025, Muneeba and Kamala Khan returned. Rukhsana excietedly hugged Muneeba before meeting Kamala. She told Kamala that Muneeba used to be a bit of a rebel, noting that Kamala was not a Pakistani name. She then asked if Kamala was hot, noticing the sweat. Kamala said it was more the spicy food than temperature.[1]
