Ruby was a phone operator for New York Bell Company.
Biography[]
Ruby worked as a phone operator for New York Bell Company. However, the bell company was actually a cover for the secret Strategic Scientific Reserve base that was inside the New York Bell Company Office. She was answering phones as Agent Peggy Carter walked in for work.[1]
