Rohan (Hindi: रोहन) is a resident of the Bombay village and a neighbor of Hasan.
Biography[]
Rohan visited Aisha at her house, bringing her some milk and vegetables from the market, she thanked him for. Hasan, however, insisted that they have no need for charity, to which Rohan replied that Hasan always told them that they must help each other and accused him of playing into the hands of the British. Hasan told Rohan that he had no idea what it felt like being mistreated for being a Muslim. Aisha apologized to Rohan, saying that Hasan was just upset because of the ongoing violence, which Rohan understood and said that everything would end eventually before leaving.[1]
