Roger Browning is a former S.H.I.E.L.D. agent who abandoned the agency following the S.H.I.E.L.D. Civil War and started selling classified information.

Biography

Early Life

Roger Browning joined S.H.I.E.L.D. and eventually became assigned to a containment facility that held various objects, including an 0-8-4.[1]

S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Disbandment

Browning started selling classified information following the fall of S.H.I.E.L.D., no longer caring whether the bidder was in it for profit or a member of HYDRA as long as it was the highest bidder.

Browning was approached by Isabelle Hartley and Lance Hunter, who were working undercover for the new S.H.I.E.L.D. led by Phil Coulson, about information concerning an 0-8-4. During their meeting, they were attacked by Carl Creel who stole the file and killed Browning.[1]
