Rockwell is a friend of Duane Porter and Billy Johnson.
Biography[]
Rockwell, Duane Porter, and Billy Johnson ran a small business. They became good friends with Billy's brother, Tyrone Johnson. They often played basketball together.[1] One day, they were discussing how to steal a car when Billy's brother, Tyrone Johnson arrived. They told him to leave while they discussed further. Later in the night, Rockwell got word that Billy was shot and killed.[2]
