Subject 89P13 is a raccoon artificially modified into a Halfworlder named Rocket Raccoon, who eventually gained full cyborg limbs and prosthetics. He was kidnapped from his own reality by Doctor Strange and was imprisoned in a Mirror Dimension bubble cage in the Sanctum Infinitum until a riot occurred, leading to Kahhori sending him home.

Rocket Raccoon was a raccoon who was subject to modification under the codename 89P13, becoming a Halfworlder. However, he also gained full cyborg limbs and prothestics, as well as a big gun on his back. At such, he becomes an universe killer.[1]

Being one of the most powerful individuals of his universe, Rocket Raccoon was captured by Doctor Strange Supreme, who kept him in a Mirror Dimension bubble found within the Sanctum Infinitum. Strange wanted to kill him to the Forge alongside other universe killers in an attempt to resurrect his universe. When Captain Carter entered the Sanctum, the animal was showcased inside its cage alongside other universe killers. However, after finding the truth, Rocket Raccoon was released by her along with others during a confrontation against him. Rocket Raccoon took part of the unleashed riot, jumping on inmates and shooting them. After jumping on a member of the Ten Rings, the raccoon landed on a Dark Elf and started to shoot. However, just then, Doctor Strange appeared in a portal up and captured both Rocket and the elf, taking them at an unknown place. Both of them were eventually sent to the Forge alongside the surviving inmates. Fortunately, Rocket Raccoon was saved from certain death by Kahhori, who returned him to his universe.[1]
