"Mr. Cage, how does it feel to be a hero?"
"I'm no hero. I'm a regular guy, just trying to live life on his own terms, one day at a time."
"Are you single?"
―Robin and Luke Cage[src]

"Councilwoman, have you been questioned by the NYPD about your cousin?"
"Family first, Robin. I love my cousin Cornell Stokes. The charges against him are categorically false, which is why they let him go."
―Robin and Mariah Dillard[src]

Robin was among the reporters gathered around Mariah Dillard's brownstone with an intention to get her comment on the recent arrest of Cornell Stokes. When Damon Boone showed up, Robin and other reporters surrounded him, asking if he came to ask Dillard to resign from the New York City Council, although Boone claimed he came to support Dillard in need. When the reporters got to ask questions to both Boone and Dillard, Robin asked Dillard if the New York City Police Department already questioned her about her cousin. Dillard commented that Stokes was her family and that she did not believe any of the accusations against him, before she and Boone excused themselves.[1]

Following a street brawl between Luke Cage and Diamondback, Robin and other reporters approached Cage following his victory. Robin questioned Cage on how he felt now that Harlem treated him as a hero, but Cage responded that he was just a regular person trying to life his life in peace. Robin then asked if Cage was single, to which he gave no comment, and while others kept trying to interview him, Cage left with Claire Temple.[2]
