Arrest of Jack Duquesne[]
Upon receiving a call from Eleanor Bishop, Rivera and Caudle arrived at the Bishop Residence in order to arrest Jack Duquesne. Duquesne claimed ignorance of the charges the detectives were arresting him for, telling Bishop that he will be out of custody shortly, but Rivera and Caudle did not believe his claims. The detectives escorted Duquesne out of the penthouse and took him in for questioning.[1]

After the NYPD received evidence from Kate Bishop that her mother was the culprit behind the murder of Armand Duquesne III, Rivera and Caudle arrived shortly after the battle at Rockefeller Center to arrest her.[2]

Rivera is a no-nonsense type of cop. While arresting Jack Duquesne, Rivera quickly grew tired of Duquesne's explanations, gesturing to Caudle to begin escorting Duquesne out before he finished talking to his fiancée.
