Sergeant Richardson is an officer of the Jersey City Police Department.
Biography[]
Enhanced Individuals Case[]
Hunting the enhanced individuals in Jersey City, the United States Department of Damage Control locked down the Coles Academic High School, where the suspects were hiding. Richardson approached Sadie Deever, asking if the Damage Control had authorization but did not get much of a response from her. Soon after the Damage Control agents entered the school grounds, a large crowd of civilians demanded to let the suspects go, so Richardson and the rest of Jersey City Police Department had to keep them at bay.
Richardson then witnessed the Damage Control's altercation with Ms. Marvel and Kamran, during which Kamran accidentally pushed a Humvee on civilians. Ms. Marvel was able to catch the vehicle before it could hurt anyone, so Richardson and the others applauded her for saving their lives. Afterwards, when Kamran escaped and Deever ordered her agents to capture Ms. Marvel, the civilians gathered around her to shield their hero in front of the Damage Control. Richardson and his officers joined the civilians to protect Ms. Marvel, and although Deever and Barrie walked past them, Ms. Marvel got away regardless.[1]
