The Richards Residence is a house where Zoe and Aubree Richards lived.

History

The Richards Residence was built by Zoe and Aubree Richards' great-grandfather for his daughter. It was later owned by their grandchildren.

Gabriella Rosetti, Daimon Helstrom, and Ana Helstrom visited the house, asking after Zoe and wanting to talk to her about when she was kidnapped. Once Aubree was sure that Zoe had hidden, she impersonated her sister and welcomed them into the house, which Ana complimented. Aubree began recounting what happened to Zoe, although Ana became uncomfortable and went upstairs, followed by Daimon. Ana sensed that someone else was in the house, although this led to an argument between the siblings that resulted in Ana returning downstairs and intensely questioning Richards about the specifics of the incident, such as Zoe's attacker's apparel and scent. Ana tried to use her abilities to sense Richards' past, but Richards stopped her before she could, and the three left.

Once they were outside, Daimon tried to scold Ana, who asked them to trust her that Richards was lying. Daimon asked for further evidence, and Ana responded by explaining that she was present for Zoe's kidnapping, and that she was burned alive. She stormed off, despite Daimon calling out for her. After they left, Magoth visited the house, offering the twins a chance at revenge against Ana for helping to kidnap Zoe. They agreed, and Magoth explained that Aubree simply had to lure Ana into a trap, where someone else would be waiting to kill her.

Rosetti and Daimon Helstrom later returned to the Richards Residence, believing his sister to have returned. They found that the door was unlocked and nobody was answering, so they began investigating. Helstrom went upstairs to the bedroom his sister had found earlier, finding a door which led to a staircase that he climbed. Meanwhile, Rosetti grabbed a candlestick and found a staircase leading down, which she followed and found Zoe Richards dumping gasoline onto the floor. She asked where Richards was, and she revealed her true identity. Meanwhile, Helstrom found another bedroom with a picture of Richards and her twins.

Richards demanded to know where her sister was, and explained that her sister thought she was protecting Aubree from a world which could not except her scarred face, threatening to set the house on fire. She explained that she had seen Ana Helstrom when she visited earlier and recognized her as the girl who helped to kidnap her. She set the room on fire, and Daimon Helstrom rushed downstairs to help. They convinced Richards to leave with them, and Helstrom used his demonic abilities to unlock the door. The three left the room while it remained on fire. As they left, Richards told Helstrom and Rosetti about Magoth's plan, and Helstrom concluded that she was referring to his father.[1]
