Reyna Pincer is a manager at the East Brook who embezzed millions of dollars from her employees' pension accounts.

Working for the East Brook insurance company, Reyna Pincer secretly embezzed millions of dollars from pension accounts of her employees. Eventually, she received a vague, anonymous note from the person who hinted that he knew about crimes committed by Pincer. The person demanded Pincer to leave him money or they will expose everything he did.

Later, Pincer was visited by Jessica Jones who asked her did she know who Erik Gelden was and Pincer replied that she did not. Jones then told Pincer about the note demanding money, so she quickly closed the door and told Jones that she already left the money as she supposed too. Jones demanded Pincer to admit what she did, and despite Gelden's protests, Pincer told her that she skimmed from company's petty cash for her mother's operation and then, her funeral.

Also, she told Jones that she had to sell her wedding ring to pay the blackmail but nobody get hurt from her actions. However, Jones did not believed her and attacked Pincer forcing her to told about the scam with pension accounts. Jones then left Pincer's office and informed East Brook employees about Pincer's actions and they headed to her office to deal with Pincer.^[1]
