Working under Kingpin's orders, the FBI arrested several criminal bosses within New York City, such as Rosalie Carbone, Everett Starr, Latimer Zyl, John Hammer, and Sophia Carter, and brought them to the restaurant. Waiting outside the restaurant, Ray Nadeem called Daredevil and informed him about the meeting and texted him the address of the restaurant. Fisk noted that Daredevil will know it was a trap, but he will come anyway.

Nadeem then joined Arinori who watched for criminal bosses. They became anxious and Carbone then noted that the FBI wanted something from them because they took them there instead of New York City FBI Office. Moments later, Fisk revealed himself in front of bosses and said that he brought an opportunity for all of them. Taking his seat at the table, Fisk offered bosses his protection from investigations and prosecutions by the federal government, much to Hammer's skepticism.

Carbone then asked Fisk about the price, which he replied as 20% of everything. However, Starr then ultimately refused Fisk's offer before he was killed by Benjamin Poindexter in Daredevil's Suit by an accurate throw of his Billy Club. Fisk then calmly informed remained the bosses that the tax increased to 25%. Carbone then admitted his offer and asked where does she drop her money.
Poindexter then checked the restaurant and made it clear that Daredevil did have not shown up. He asked Nadeem did he warned him but Nadeem denied, saying that he said Daredevil exactly what Poindexter told him to say. Fisk then decided to finish the meeting and ordered FBI to escort him back to Presidential Hotel.[1]
