Ralph is a United States Air Force soldier.
Biography[]
Ralph was at his post to the right of Major Julius Allen when an unidentified object appeared on the radar. Ralph and others tried to find the origin of it to no avail. Even when James Rhodes arrived, they could not figure it out. Suddenly, the object took out Whiplash 1 and everyone held their breaths waiting to see a parachute. It finally went off, causing them to cheer.[1]
