The Raid on Easterling Farms was an attempt by S.H.I.E.L.D. to attack the Watchdogs and apprehend Felix Blake.

The anti-Inhumans hate group known as the Watchdogs, which had been founded by former S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Felix Blake, rose in power to the point they were able to attack an ATCU facility with a powerful chemical called Nitramene. Upon learning of the attack, S.H.I.E.L.D. sent Alphonso Mackenzie, Daisy Johnson and Leo Fitz to investigate.
Being herself an Inhuman, Johnson was infuriated with the Watchdogs' ideology and actions. Daisy Johnson, Leo Fitz, and Alphonso Mackenzie stealthily approached the Watchdogs facility in Easterling Farms. In order to perform recon, Fitz deployed a D.W.A.R.F. to observe the Watchdogs as they were reviewing their plans. Once they got the image, Johnson recognized the voice of Felix Blake and assumed that the founder of the hate group was there.

However, S.H.I.E.L.D.'s operation was disturbed by Ruben Mackenzie, Alphonso's brother, who had come to join his brother on his motorbike. Alerted by the engine, the Watchdogs got out of their base and Alphonso had no choice but to shoot them with an I.C.E.R. to protect his brother, who had no idea Alphonso was actually a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent. As another Watchdog attacked, Johnson took him down with her powers, but two other Watchdogs, Oscar and Victor, mistakenly thought that Alphonso had done that.
Ruben, who was disgusted by the Inhumans, left the place, quickly followed by Alphonso, who told Johnson and Fitz to stand down before leaving. Once he left, however, Johnson resolved to capture Blake. While Fitz packed his equipment, Johnson approached the building but failed to see Blake. As she watched, a Watchdog attacked Fitz, putting a Nitramene bomb on his neck.
Johnson went to Fitz and tried to defuse the Nitramene with sodium hydrogen acetate. However, the Nitramene had been modified and the exploding reaction was still operating, albeit slowed down. This forced Johnson and Fitz to return to the Zephyr One, but not before capturing Oscar.[1]
