Trivia[]
- Before the Acquisition of 21st Century Fox by Disney, Quicksilver could be used by either Marvel Studios or 20th Century Fox providing that the latter did not mention anything about his allegiance to the Avengers and the former did not refer to him as a mutant or as Magneto's son.
- In 20th Century Fox's X-Men film series, Peter Maximoff is a young adult with superspeed who was recruited by Wolverine and Charles Xavier to help them break Magneto out of prison. Maximoff eventually joined the X-Men and fought Apocalypse and Magneto, finding out that Magneto was actually his father. In another mission, Jean Grey was subjected to the Phoenix Force, causing her to become unhinged. Quicksilver went to stop her, only to be defeated and gravely wounded. He eventually recovered and rejoined the X-Men.
- Ralph Bohner posing as Pietro Maximoff was a meta-reference to this Quicksilver Variant.
Behind the Scenes[]
- Due to most other members of the Resistance being confirmed to be from Marvel Legacy universes, the Marvel Cinematic Universe Wiki is operating on the basis that this Quicksilver is the same version from 20th Century Fox's X-Men film series, who was portrayed by Evan Peters.
