Quaz is a telepathic member of the Freedom Fighters.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Quaz was an inhabitant in the Quantum Realm. When his home was taken by Kang the Conqueror, he joined other displaced inhabitants and became a member of the Freedom Fighters, aiming to defeat the tyrant and retake their homes.[1]
Freedom Fighter[]
Meeting Scott Lang[]
Xolum brought the Freedom Fighters two straglers, Scott and Cassie Lang. Once Veb fed them his Ooze, Veb asked them about their holes. This lead Quaz to walk up, reading Scott's mind to show he had seven holes. Scott quickly counted if he did in fact have seven holes then asked how Quaz knew that. Quaz explained his powers. Jentorra then entered, worried about the Lang's appearance. The Langs explained what happened and that they did not know anything. Quaz read their minds and explained that they were telling the truth. However, Jentorra was still worried that Kang the Conqueror could track them.[1]
Ambush on the Freedom Fighters[]
Suddenly, just as Jentorra predicted, Quantumnauts arrived at that moment. As Jentorra and Xolum fought, Quaz and Veb made their way to the ships. However, M.O.D.O.K. arrived and took care of the battle, leading to Quaz, Veb, and everyone else's imprisonment.[1]
Battle of Axia[]
Quaz was finally released as Jentorra helped. They then went to fight the Quantumnauts. Jentorra gave a war cry as Veb ran first. He was then shot by many guards. Quaz worried about Veb's demise, but Veb ended up being happy that he had holes before using them to defeat the guards. Quaz and Jentorra remarked that they did not know he could do that. The Freedom Fighters fought until Kang the Conqueror stepped out, obliterating Xolum. As Jentorra mourned, Quaz grabbed her, saying they had to go. As the fighters took care of the ground battle, Ant-Man and the Wasp took care of Kang, killing him. The fighters then rejoiced as they took back the Quantum Realm.[1]
