Professor Charles Francis Xavier is the twin brother of Cassandra Nova.

Biography[]

Attacked by His Twin[]

While still in the womb, Charles Xavier's twin sister, Cassandra Nova, attempted to use her umbilical cord to strangle Xavier, but he used he telepathy to fend off Nova's attack, psychically killing her in process. Nova ultimately survived the attack and was born alongside Xavier. While Nova was captured by the Time Variance Authority and sent to the Void, Xavier grew up to be one of the most powerful mutants of all time.[1][2]

  • Mutant Physiology: Xavier is one of the most powerful mutants of all time.
    • Telepathy: Xavier has the power to telepathically attack individuals. He used this ability to fend of an attack from his twin sister, Cassandra Nova, while they were in the womb.
