The Proctor Residence is the home of Sarah Proctor and Harold Proctor in Westview, New Jersey.

Westview Anomaly[]
Sarah and Harold Proctor lived in their house in Westview with their daughter.[1] In 2023, Wanda Maximoff cast a spell on the town, making the people in the town behave as though they were in a sitcom,[2] and the Proctor's daughter was kept locked in her room.[1] Sarah took on the persona of "Dottie Jones," who was organizing a planning committee meeting. The rest of the committee arrived at the Proctor Residence, except for Maximoff and "Agnes O'Connor," so they started to go to a pool club for the meeting. "Jones" saw Maximoff and "Agnes" outside her house and greeted the pair, and they all left for the pool club together.[3]
"The next day," "Jones" put on a dress and asked her husband, who had been made to take on the identity of "Phil Jones," how she looked. However, the power went out in the house, and "Phil" expressed gratitude at not having to answer his wife's question.[4] Some time later, "Dottie Jones" went outside and treated the flowers in her garden, when Maximoff brought Monica Rambeau out of her house and made her levitate, attacking her. "Jones" turned her attention to the skirmish, but returned to normal once "Agnes" ended the conflict.[5]
