The Post-Apocalyptic World[1] is a universe in the Multiverse that was destroyed and remained in a post-apocalyptic state.
Fearing for her life and trying to escape from Scarlet Witch, America Chavez opened up a portal through the Multiverse sending both her and Doctor Strange through it. While hurtling through, Chavez and Strange passed through the Post-Apocalyptic World.[2]
